My friend and her daughter visited Osaka from San Diego and met at Shin-Osaka Station where has many restaurants, but had only 3 hours until their bullet train. Most good restaurants are on the 2nd floor, but each is pretty tiny place that is not good for kids, so we decided to get Okonomiyaki for lunch on the 1st floor. Taste just ok for me, but they enjoyed having the Osaka soul food;)
