Terms and Conditions
Booking
All tours must be booked in advance. If you are having any trouble booking online, please contact us.
Confirmation
Confirmation is sent within 24 hours after booking. Confirmation will contain a meeting place, time to meet, map and general directions. If you do not receive this email please first check your spam folder, or contact us.
Payments
Cash only: Japanese yen. Please arrive 10-Minutes prior to departure for payment of tour fees.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made more than 24 hours in advance of your tour. You can then reschedule once at no additional cost or fees. Cancellations within 24 hours of the tour are considered no-shows, and are not refundable. But as a courtesy, we will reschedule at our convenience.
Weather
All tours are held rain or shine. We recommend you check the weather forecast to help you choose your shoes and garments. You might want to bring an umbrella.
Safety
We can help, but ultimately you are responsible for you and your children’s safety. Since food is a big part of the tour, please make sure all food allergies before you partake.
Insurance
Walkabout Osaka does not provide any form of travel insurance for tour participants and you must purchase your own travel insurance. We also regret that we are unable to recommend a particular insurance provider.
